Logo – PlayMakers

PlayMakers Repertory Company wanted to celebrate their 100 year anniversary with a fundraising campaign to help amp up donations, allowing them to continue their mission of bringing authentic experiences to the theater-going Triangle. They wanted a lockup to use on all collateral that meshed well with the current PlayMakers brand and that embodied both past and future. While original explorations focused on overlapping shapes to convey past merging with future, ultimately the client gravitated toward options that were more jumbled and playful. The final logo was framed by action words and could be contextually applied to campaign collateral.
