Branding – Van Alen

Van Alen is a luxury apartment high-rise in Durham. As a way to help increase visibility to foot and car traffic along a street mired with construction, I fleshed out their current brand, consisting of logo, color palette, and collateral crafted by their in-house team. A palette expansion paired with a large, graphical V and A, and Durham-centric imagery were devised as initial building blocks to creating higher-impact visuals rooted in Durham culture and lifestyle.
